Result: Management letter outlining the current status of your business systems, issues you are currently facing, recommendations and your system plans and needs for the next twelve months
Details: Review of the following Business Systems:

Profile of your business (mainly changes in products/services/locations/personnel, etc)

Hardware/Networking (Operating Systems, connectivity, backup, disaster recovery, internet, etc)

Documentation (procedures, customizations, etc)

Office Automation (Word, Excel, faxing, email, intranet, etc)

Reporting (Excel, Crystal, manual, financials, business management tools, etc)

E-Business (EDI, customer and vendor requirements, electronic forms, ACH, etc)

Payroll and Human Resources (time collection, payroll processing, reporting, etc)

Inventory/Billing (shipping, email/faxing invoices/statements, credit card processing, bar coding/physical inventory, etc)

Other (Fixed Assets, Contact Management/Customer Relationship Management, etc)
